MoonlightingDr.comsm Legal
Agreement
As a servicing company, MoonlightingDr.comsm,
which is owned by PRN Innovations, LLC (PRN Innovations, LLC, the
Company), offers its members an internet-based
physician moonlighting Service. In addition to
this Legal Agreement, please also see our Terms
of Service.
Physician Moonlighting Service. As a physician moonlighting
service provider, we facilitate the task of scheduling
our physician members seeking moonlighting opportunities
with our designated facility members (the Service).
However, MoonlightingDr.comsm is not a staffing
company, and is unable to guarantee shift fulfillment
or physician
credentialing. The health care facility and its administration
must take full responsibility for filling its vacant
shifts and managing unforeseen cancellations. Additionally,
the facility or physician must assume all responsibility
for each physician’s credentialing process.
All
moonlighting physicians utilizing our Services must
contact the participating health care facilities
for financial compensation. MoonlightingDr.comsm is
not responsible for any financial compensation errors
in regards to the physician or participating facility.
Restrictions
on Use of Materials.
No material from MoonlightingDr.comsm or
any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled
by PRN Innovations, LLC, or
any of its related, affiliated, or subsidiary
companies may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted,
or
distributed in any way, without the prior written
permission
of the Company.
Submissions
MoonlightingDr.comsm is
controlled and operated by PRN Innovations, LLC. All comments,
suggestions,
ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information,
collectively referred to as Submissions, disclosed
or offered to the Company shall be deemed and
shall remain the property of the Company. None of
the
Submissions described above shall be subject
to any obligation
of confidence on the part of the Company. MoonlightingDr.comsm shall
not be liable for any use or disclosure of any
Submissions.
Termination.
This contract
will terminate immediately without notice if a Member
fails
to comply with
any of the Terms of Use or the provisions of
this Agreement.
If a user’s membership is terminated,
the user must destroy all materials obtained
from
this site
and any and all other MoonlightingDr.comsm or
affiliated site(s) and all copies thereof,
whether made under
the terms of this contract or otherwise. MoonlightingDr.comsm reserves
the right to refuse to list any member for
any reason, or to edit content, if the content
is
inappropriate as determined by MoonlightingDr.comsm.
The user will be refused rights to list or
be deleted from our system
especially if any inconsistencies, untruths
or any attempt to harass or defraud any of
our members,
potential members or any subsidiary of the
Company are detected,
as determined by MoonlightingDr.comsm.
Any client who is de-activated for such reason
will not be entitled
to any payment refund. Furthermore, MoonlightingDr.comsm reserves
the right to prosecute should infringement
and criminal activity violate the integrity
of the
Company’s Service or business.
The use
and distribution of the MoonlightingDr.comsm name,
reputation, information, content in any medium
or Web page may not be used in any way (other
than for personal intended use of finding
physician moonlighting)
without the expressed, written consent of
MoonlightingDr.comsm.
The user may terminate this contract at any
time by deactivating his/her membership by
directly
contacting MoonlightingDr.comsm.
Additional
Comments
MoonlightingDr.comsm reserves
the right to promote and market its services
in accordance with its mission, without
compromising the integrity
of the Company and the members’ information.
Changes to promotional partnerships may
or may not be announced to the Members.
MoonlightingDr.comsm may
periodically send or email users’ information
about promotions and specials to the
user(s) in accordance to the Company’s
Privacy Policy. If any provision of
the contract
shall be unlawful, void, or for any
reason not executable in accordance
with state law, the particular provision
shall
be dissolved from this
contract and shall not affect the validity
and execution of any remaining provisions.
MoonlightingDr.comsm disclaims
any warranty, whether express or implied,
as to any matter whatsoever relating
to this Service,
including
without limitation the implied warranties
of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. No warranty is made
with respect to the
accuracy, timeliness, or suitability
of the content
of other services or
sites to which these screens link.
A link to a service or site outside
of
the MoonlightingDr.comsm Web
site is not an endorsement of the service
or site, its content,
or its sponsoring organization.
Customer
Support
MoonlightingDr.comsm promotes
a mutually professional relationship
with its members. Obscene,
abusive, threatening or otherwise
harassing communications with agents
of the Company,
via telephone, email,
or other means will result in immediate
account termination not withstanding
any other terms
of this agreement
with refund ineligibility.
Illegal/Unauthorized
Access to Other Computers or Networks
The
illegal or unauthorized
accessing, also labeled
as “hacking,” of our
computers or networks will result
in potential
civil and criminal penalties
under both federal and state laws.
Spamming
Unsolicited, commercial
mass e-mailing (known as "spamming")
is a strongly disfavored practice
among Internet users. MoonlightingDr.comsm recognizes
and fully acknowledges practices
directed against it. For the
privacy of our
Members, all of
their personal
information is retained within
MoonlightingDr.comsm only
and is not distributed to any
other private companies. For
more privacy

please
see our Privacy Policy.
Revisions to This Policy. MoonlightingDr.comsm
reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify
this Legal Agreement, Privacy
Policy, and other policies and agreements
at any time and in any manner.
