What is this better way?
When a resident
registers with the service, his or her profile is
posted to our resident database. Another database is
also
generated for users representing health care facilities.
Facility users are then able to search the resident
database using a variety of search criteria, and
from that generate a list of potential moonlighters.
The
facilities can then access the information entered
by residents and establish contact. In addition,
residents may search the facility database. All accounts
are
password protected and you determine what information
is displayed when a search pulls up your profile.

that there are also non-resident physicians who moonlight,
and while
this site does focus on residents, we welcome non-residents
to use our services. The database is configured

such a way as to accommodate a variety of users,
